They got also enough from that little Napoleon and voted socialist. Let's see what new blood can bring especially when there is a lot of mess to clean up. I hope and wish him all success to Francois Hollande]]><![CDATA[Burnouts in Mindanao]]>Sun, 06 May 2012 07:37:21 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2012/05/burnouts-in-mindanao.htmlCotelco is stealing us money, is taking people as hostage and the government don't cares?
How comes that a company with extrem corrupt managers can proceed like an Afrikan Dictator?
Recovering and filling the cashier by sending electric bills and cutting 8 to 10 hours a day the juice?
This needs a new edsa]]>
<![CDATA[Davao]]>Mon, 19 Mar 2012 08:21:16 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2012/03/davao.html Clean city is good, safe city is very good but to many restrictions is lowering the quality of live. And making a city smoke free is taking people for idiots. Confiscating cigarets when you enter a public park is just an insult and an attack to private property. If Davao wants to be a smoke free town they have to ban first all the stinky and polluting vehicles before giving fines to smoking people.

<![CDATA[Sarkozy, Napoleon and asshole?]]>Mon, 12 Mar 2012 06:30:51 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2012/03/sarkozy-napoleon-and-asshole.htmlNapoleon yes, he thinks he is, as small in Person and as selfish, thinking he is the King of all Mankind?
Asshole? for us yes but the real assholes are the one voting for him.
He puts France in a disaster situation and now he tries to attack European agreements, like the Schengen Contract?
In France he can do what ever he likes if the French Population is following and agrees his actions. But now he passed the border. First he tried to fuck the German Chancelier to create a Union to share Europe between France and Germany. There seems to be a problem since a while because the Germans are not as stupid as he thought.
I hope that someone will stop him soon and that the French Population will not vote for him again this year, and if he has the chance to come to Luxembourg that we put him in the casemates and ban him like Napoleon was baned. ]]>
<![CDATA[Social Security]]>Thu, 23 Feb 2012 22:58:11 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2012/02/social-security.htmlSocial Security is something very important these days, for us, for everybody.
Lets forget the US because here the people are so stupid that they are afraid to have social security.
In Luxembourg we have, and we complain because not all is free. That means there is a participation from about 20% on medecine and 10 € per day in Hospitals to pay by the patient.
Each person working in Luxembourg pays 8% from his salary per month to the social security and the employer pays the same for you. That means you pay your health care. But in case of real emergency its worth it.
In the Philippines there is also a kind of social security (Phil Health) but very view people are member and pay for their health insurance. That means if you get sick here you need money or you dont get care or help? Thats why I know people who died just because of a bad fluor cold infection.
I have been here also sick and needed a doctor. Ok the price is not as high as it is in Europe but PHP 400 for a consultation needs to be reimbursed. Just to give an idea;
1) Doctor : Lux = 35€ (2000 PHP) - Phil = 400 PHP
2) 1 Day in a clinique : Lux = 4000 € (220000 PHP)
                                  Phil = 5000 PHP
There are worlds in between.
Wouldn't it be nice that all countries around the world would provide free health care for the population??
Some countries do it, so it is possible, but as long our governments use the money from the social security to pay other things, mostly useless things or to fill their pockets, it will be a long way until SS is free. ]]>
<![CDATA[THE PHILIPPINES the forgotten Paradise? or back to the Future?]]>Thu, 23 Feb 2012 06:25:50 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2012/02/the-philippines-the-forgotten-paradise-or-back-to-the-future.htmlTo discover the Philippines you need some time and patience. It’s not in a 2 week trip to Manila or in a Resort in Cebu where you get to know the Philippines. It’s a great country with great people. The national language is Tagalog but each Region has his own language. For us Europeans not to understand and luckily most Philippino talks English at least a little bit.

When you stay outside the big Hotels and live with the local people, you will discover a new world or lets say an old world. I feel like back in the 50’s or 60’s.

In towns like Manila, Davao, Cebu and others, live starts with doing business, having a job, making money and renting or building a house. The traffic is an organized very chaotic mess, I like it and to my surprise their are very few accidents, less than in our over-civilized police world with millions of rules and restrictions.

The Prices and the cost of living and of course the income, is very low like in the 50’s in Europe. That means they start living and earning and looking forward. Outside the towns most people are farmers, very poor and depending on children, that means family is a big word, people live together in one house have a lot of kids and hope that there are some going to work in town or abroad, to send money to the family.

Politicians are corrupt and everything seems focused to Manila, people in Mindanao live on a forgotten Island. But they start to get organized and don't care about the Manila crowd.

The nicest, safest and most livable Town for me, is Davao.

Talking about safety, thats another part of Philippino live. Manila, Cebu and other big towns, have a high crime rate, snatchers and also killers. Young people are very aggressive but I think in Europe also. What is shocking, strange and bothering me is the fact that you have to pay attention as white guy, not to get kidnapped. You always need a bodyguard to walk around, except in Davao, thanks to the Major. Than is a problem between Christians and Moslems, thats not easy to eliminate. Most of the people are Christians and some are more christians than the pope. But they forgot that even before the spanish invaders took Mindanao, there were Moslems living here. It’s the same problem as in the USA with the Americans and the Indians.

Talking about americans, they influenced the Philippines with their culture in pushing all the american Junk here as status symbol for living. The Philippines are complete under the control and under the shoes of the US. I hope one day comes a President who is awake enough and throws out the americans, because they cannot learn something positive from a country who will be soon a third world country.

Well I’m not here to make critic of the local government and the country, because for me its all I like in one place, nice and warm country, nice and warm people, back in the 50’s where it was good living, it’s Jungle and Town. Keep it like this.

<![CDATA[As the World turns....]]>Sun, 23 Oct 2011 05:35:55 -0800http://www.hannorb.com/1/post/2011/10/premier-message.htmlLooks like the world turns in the wrong direction?
We live a big change but not for the best, we make big steps back in quality and security of live?
We get lead by Bankers and corrupt Politicians. Europe is completely overcivilized and we suffer under more and more restrictions and taxes.
Countries make bankrupt? and we pay for them?
Amerika is on the way to be a third world country, soon.
And China is in action, after the USA they start buying Europe.
Lets see where we will end up and I hope that our sleeping populations, wake up soon and have people power to stop this. The arabians showed us in the last 2 years, how to do it. ]]>
